Bookings and cancellations:

I understand that I am paying for a reserved place in the number of classes my membership is valid for, until said credits expire.

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before class start time. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit payment. For those paying cash, this policy still applies and payment will be due at the next class, or via EFT (my phone number is also my PayID).

Bookings can be transferred up to 3 hours before class time, please call Meagan to arrange on 0482 032 575.
Membership packages are non refundable, however they are transferrable , and in extenuating circumstances, may be eligible for an expiry extension. In the unlikely event that a booking package needs to be cancelled in entirety, please call or text Meagan to discuss on 0482 032 575.

Booking Declaration:

I agree to abide by the rules and guidelines of the centre (either Macedon New Gisborne Swim Centre (MNGSC), or Splash Buddies Swim School (SBSS), and of Macedon Ranges Aqua Aerobics (MRAA). I will make myself aware of the emergency evacuation procedure, and emergency exits. I hereby release and discharge and separately indemnify MRAA, MNGSC & SBSS for/from any loss or damage suffered, or cost expense occurred because of, or arising out of any act or omission by MRAA, MNGSC or SBSS, it’s servants, or agents.

I understand that this is a safe, supportive, body-positive environment and agree to conduct my own behaviour accordingly to uphold these values. I understand that if at any time my language or behaviour is in any way discriminatory towards the staff or other participants (present or not), I may be asked to leave the class. This includes jokes and self deprecating language - ALL bodies are welcome. Depending on the circumstances of disregarding this declaration, I may potentially be unwelcome in future. Discriminatory language in general is also not tolerated.

I agree that attending these exercise classes is not a replacement for professional medical advice, and I participate in these classes understanding that there is inherent risk. I agree to place my safety, and the safety of all others in the class as the highest priority, and will participate with a focus on care for self and others.
