PLAY-IT-FORWARD

Play-It-Forward is my women-supporting-women community initiative.

Clients who are unable to utilise pre-purchased credits can donate them into a 'pool' (pun intended) where I can allocate them to women in our community who may have financial difficulty accessing my aqua classes, or may be in need of extra support in their lives.

These credits can then be applied to any of my classes to provide complete discretion. I am the only person who will ever know who contributes to, or accesses this service.

How It Works...

Donate your class/es

Please contact me if you're a current client with paid credits that you are unable to utilise. Please note that like a regular cancellation or reschedule, there is a 24hr cancellation policy that applies to Play-It-Forward donations.

Want to donate privately?

Please reach out to me! Private donations are welcome via direct bank transfer at a discounted rate. There is a limit to how many can realistically be accessed within any single term so donations are limited.

Want to access credits?

Please call me on 0482 032 575 - this is the only requirement. I'm not here to assess your financial status, or determine your worthiness. I'm here to support you to access this fun and energetic exercise.

The Fine Print

Access to Play-It-Forward credits is limited to three classes per customer, per term. If six classes at half price would suit you better, please give me a call to arrange.

This initiative is very manual in it's management at this stage, so please be patient.

All unused pre-purchased credits left at the end of each term will be automatically rolled over into this initiative for use by the women we are supporting in the following term.

Anytime a late cancellation is filled (and therefore the slot is paid for twice), I will donate one of these credits into the 'pool'.

This initiative will only ever be managed personally by me for the lifetime of my business. I understand the complexities of needing support myself, and I understand how challenging it can be to ask for help. Please know that my priority is to support the women in our community with the highest levels of compassion and dignity.
