
MY CLASSES
All of my classes are created for you to celebrate the movement you can create, in the body you have. Exercising in water is so much more delightful than on land - the absence of gravity brings freedom and joy. By working out with other women in a private space, we can let go of the invisible 'rules' that bind us, and focus on joyful, weightless, efficient movement.
Aqua aerobics is a proven and effective method for building strength, tone, fitness, balance and coordination. Sharing it with other women in a safe space creates a sense of community and connectedness.

But how to choose which class is best for you?

All Monday thru Thursday classes are held at Splash Buddies Swim School (SBSS), and Friday classes are held at Macedon New Gisborne Swim Centre (MNGSC).

Once you know the day that works for you, I think the simplest place to start is how energetic you would like the playlist to be.

Slower music:

Strength & Cardio

Sometimes it's easiest to choose the class/es that suit your schedule, and go from there. While the slower music classes are more focussed on technique, balance and coordination, if that's the only time you can come and you want a harder workout I can offer you variations to suit. Likewise the faster, stronger classes - if you need to work gently with your body I can support you here too. This is quite general advice though - if you're not sure what would suit you best you're welcome to give me a call to discuss your needs, or come and try a few different classes for yourself.
